Your rights: You can request a copy of your data, correct inaccuracies, or delete your account at any time through the SKIMA app or by contacting us at skima@sogoodmail.co.

Data retention: We retain transaction records as required by Nigerian financial regulations (minimum 5 years). Account data is deleted within 30 days of a confirmed account closure request.
